Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF)
In 2019, he became the Director of the FinTech Department at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF), where he oversees numerous projects, including tools supporting the development of financial innovation, such as PSD2 and blockchain virtual sandboxes. The department he leads has developed supertech tools, such as EURO-BOZON, and coordinates hackathon events to acquire technology-based solutions that support modern financial supervision. Since October 2023, he has been the coordinator for the implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation at the UKNF. From 2017 to 2019, at the Ministry of Finance, as the deputy director of the analysis department and the tax collection department, he managed SAF-T projects (JPK_VAT), which aimed to acquire innovative IT tools to improve the effectiveness of the National Revenue Administration (the JPK_VAT project was awarded by the PMI Poland Chapter in 2018). He is a lecturer at the National School of Revenue Administration and the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution on topics such as modern analytical solutions, online information gathering, e-commerce, and tax fraud.
