An executive with over 20 years of experience in financial markets. A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, he holds an investment advisor license and the FRM certification (GARP). He began his career at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Warsaw. In 2005, he moved to London, where he managed Emerging Markets Debt strategies and later led the Global Emerging Markets Debt team at ABN AMRO Asset Management. After returning to Poland, he joined the PZU Group (2009—2016), where he held management positions, including Vice President (2010—2015) and President of the Management Board (2015—2016) at TFI PZU, overseeing the investment area. From 2016 to 2017, as Vice President of the Management Board at Skarbiec Holding and Skarbiec TFI, he supervised the investment division. He then served as President of the Management Board at Rockbridge TFI (2017—2019), where he successfully led a rebranding and restructuring effort. From 2019 to 2023, he was associated with the TDJ Group, most recently as a Managing Partner, where he was responsible for the strategy and development of the finance area.
