An experienced manager in the field of capital market infrastructure and new financial technologies. Since April 2024, as the Vice President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, he has supervised the IT and technical areas. From 2006 to 2024, he served as Vice President of the Management Board and COO and CTO at the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) and KDPW_CCP, where he was responsible for the development of depositary and settlement systems. A graduate of the Military University of Technology, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the University of Navarra – IESE. He is a laureate of numerous industry awards, including the CIO of the Year (2009) and CIO of the 15th Anniversary (2017) titles. From 2016 to 2024, he was a member of international bodies, including the Euro Cyber Resilience Board, the ISDA CCP Committee, and the CCP Global Executive Committee.
