Robert helps fixed-income investors navigate cyclical swings in global interest rates and debt markets. His work focuses on translating macroeconomic analysis into actionable portfolio positioning across government bonds, credit, and inflation-linked markets worldwide. As Global Fixed Income Chief Strategist, Robert develops and applies BCA’s Golden Rule framework,  a systematic approach to identifying tactical and long-term opportunities across global rate markets. He advises clients on how to position duration, manage cross-country allocations, and navigate central bank policy cycles. Before joining BCA in 2021, Robert worked in credit risk analysis. He holds an MSc in Applied Financial Economics from HEC Montréal.
