An experienced manager in the pension and investment fund industry, Marcin has overseen large debt and equity portfolios. He was responsible for fund sales and implementing PPK at TFI PZU, as well as developing an online distribution platform and co-creating ESG strategy at TFI PZU. Marcin holds CFA in ESG Investing and EFPA ESG Advisor certifications and has completed the Säid-Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporation Programme and the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw.
