Marcin leads the UBS Asset Management Investments organization in Poland, supporting global investment activities across regions and asset classes, and serves as Deputy Country Head for Asset Management in Poland, overseeing the development, scale-up, and transformation of the local Asset Management platform of 500+ professionals. He is based in Wroclaw, Poland. Prior to his current role, Marcin held several senior leadership positions within the UBS Group Investment Bank, including Investment Bank Poland Country Head, where he built and led teams of 250+ professionals across Trading and Sales Support, Quant Engineering, Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management, and Regulatory Services. Earlier in his career, Marcin worked across Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Emerging Markets Trade Management functions. He also contributed to industry education as a financial trainer. Marcin is a CFA charterholder and holds Polish licenses as an Investment Advisor (Doradca Inwestycyjny) and Securities Broker (Makler Papierów Wartościowych). He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Wroclaw University of Economics.
