Marcin Adamczyk is an investor and manager with over 25 years of experience in international financial markets, specializing in asset management, banking, and insurance. He currently serves as Vice President of Vinci, managing alternative investment companies within the Bank BGK Group. From 2020 to 2023, he was the Global Head of Emerging Markets Debt at Goldman Sachs Asset Management B.V. in The Hague. Previously, he was the CEO of TFI PZU and advisor to the Group’s President. Marcin has also worked at Nomura International Group in London, Lombard Odier Investment Managers in Amsterdam and Geneva, and the leading Dutch pension fund MN. He holds a degree from the Cracow University of Economics, Ernst & Young Academy of Business, and postgraduate studies in Executive Studies in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
