From 2019 to 2022, she served as the Managing Director of the Capital Market Supervision Division at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF). Between 2021 and 2022, she was the Chair of the Proportionality Committee at ESMA. In January 2021, she was elected as a Member of the Management Board of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). She currently holds the position of Advisor to the Chairman for European Affairs. Before joining the UKNF team, she worked for many years in the capital market, primarily as an equity portfolio manager.
