Magda Oleksiuk, FCCA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the training and financial industries. For two decades, she was associated with the renowned training brand EY Academy of Business, one of the largest training firms in Poland and a leading training partner in management, finance, and professional certification. In her role, she managed a team of several dozen trainers as well as the entire Academy of Business team. As a Fellow of ACCA, Magda is an expert in training design, the management of large-scale training projects, and digital marketing within the training sector. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to working with young finance professionals, supporting their development on multiple levels. For nearly two years, Magda has served as Managing Director at CFA Society Poland, where she is responsible for implementing the new brand strategy for the CFA designation in the Polish market.
