He is a manager and strategist with over 20 years of experience in economic development, foreign direct investment (FDI), business ecosystem building, and cooperation between business and public administration. He combines experience from the public sector, private sector, and industry organizations. In the past, he was responsible, among other things, for supporting and attracting investment projects to Poland (ARAW, ARP, WARR), working with global manufacturing and service companies. He held management positions at ABSL and SoDA, developing nationwide communities of technology companies and the modern business services sector. At JLL, he led advisory projects and office market transactions, supporting the development of international investors.
He also gained experience at consulting firms, where he led projects in corporate development strategy, restructuring and reorganization of capital groups, location analyses and due diligence, investment process support, and commercial real estate transactions. He was responsible for developing relationships with key clients and coordinating complex cross-functional projects covering legal, financial, tax, and operational areas. He is the founder of the BRIDGE Foundation, a think tank supporting the promotion of Poland and the international expansion of Polish technology companies. At Polska Izba Dual-Use i Obronności, he focuses on creating conditions for the development of domestic industrial capabilities and dual-use technologies, as well as strengthening dialogue between businesses and public administration. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
