Lucy Thomas is Head of Multi Asset Investing at UBS Asset Management, leading a global platform managing over USD 120 billion across diversified strategies and tailored client solutions. She joined UBS in 2022 in the capacity of Head of Sustainable Investing and most recently acted as senior sponsor for the build-out of the Investments function automation and AI-focused centre of excellence in Poland. She brings a breadth of expertise in asset allocation and portfolio construction. Previously, she was a member of the Management Investment Committee at TCorp, overseeing AUD 120 billion in assets, and Chair of the Investment Committee for delegated clients at Willis Towers Watson Australia. Her earlier roles include Head of Investment Stewardship at TCorp and Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Willis Towers Watson, alongside experience in equity research at Morgan Stanley and real estate funds management. Lucy is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Gender Parity and is a CFA charterholder.
