A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw (Quantitative Methods specialization). He holds an Investment Advisor license (no. 518) and the Data Science for Investment Professionals certificate awarded by the CFA Institute. He is also a graduate of the Harvard ManageMentor program organized by the ICAN Institute. He has over 25 years of professional experience in the financial market, gained in the investment area at the largest institutions in Poland. He began his professional career at Bank Pekao SA in the Market Risk Management Department. Subsequently, he was associated with the Aviva Group, where he worked, among other roles, as a debt securities market analyst and macroeconomist. From 2014, as Chief Strategist and Allocation Manager at Aviva PTE SA, he was co-responsible for the management and investment strategy of the second-largest open pension fund in Poland. In 2016, he joined TFI PZU SA, initially as a portfolio manager responsible for managing absolute return funds and Emerging Markets bond portfolios, and later as the Director of the Allocation and Debt Instruments Bureau, while simultaneously serving as a fund manager. He also coordinated the implementation of ESG policy in the PZU Group’s investments. During his career, he has gained practical experience in managing various asset classes (multi-asset), including debt securities, equities, currencies, and derivatives. The funds he managed or co-managed were nominated multiple times and twice won the ALFA awards, granted by Analizy Online for the best-managed funds.
