Manager, strategic advisor and the former Minister of State Assets
An experienced manager and strategic advisor with over fifteen years of experience in shaping economic policy, strategy, and institutional transformations in Europe and the Middle East. He recently served as the Minister of State Assets, overseeing a portfolio of over 100 state-owned companies with a total value of approximately €100 billion. Previously, he held leadership positions at institutions including the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, McKinsey & Company, and the Boston Consulting Group, advising prime ministers, heads of state, and global corporations on economic development, public sector reform, and strategy. From 2014 to 2015, he was the Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, responsible for strategic analysis and regulatory impact assessment. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, degrees in International Economic Relations (SGH Warsaw School of Economics), History (University of Warsaw), and a diploma in Finance Studies (Johannes Gutenberg University).
