Jakub Jaworowski is an expert in economic development, strategic transformation, and public policy with over 15 years of experience across both public administration and the private sector. From May 2024 to July 2025, he served as Minister of State Assets. Earlier in his career, he was a director at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Between 2016 and 2022, he worked with leading global consulting firms, Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company. From 2012 to 2015, he was part of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, progressing from advisor to Undersecretary and then Secretary of State. During this time, he also served as the Government Plenipotentiary for Regulatory Impact Assessment under Prime Ministers Donald Tusk and Ewa Kopacz. Throughout his career, Jakub Jaworowski has collaborated closely with top-level government officials, including heads of state and ministers responsible for economic affairs. He has led initiatives to attract foreign investment, supported EU accession processes, and contributed to social security reforms. His project portfolio includes macroeconomic studies, strategic transformation plans, and reforms of public asset funds. Jakub Jaworowski holds degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw and pursued additional studies in finance at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
