Dalida Gepfert has extensive experience in organizational development, restructuring, IT system implementation, and improving customer service quality across the energy sector value chain, from production to wholesale and retail distribution. She is a seasoned leader with practical knowledge in finance, known for building transparent and lasting business and social relationships in Polish and international environments. Her professional career began at the Upper Silesian Energy Plant. She gained experience at Vattenfall Group, where, between 2000 and 2010, she was responsible for finance and control. From 2010 to 2013, she managed the financial and accounting shared services center as the Director of the Self-Management Center of the PZU Group. From 2013 to 2016, she served as the Vice President for Finance at Enea Group, overseeing finance, control, risk management, insurance, and IT. In 2017, she became responsible for finance at Veolia Energy Poznań. Between 2019 and 2022, she served as the President of the Company, overseeing strategic projects and change management processes. From 2022 to 2023, she was the President of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland, managing the Veolia Group’s energy, gas, and heat sales and fuel logistics. Since 2024, she has served as Vice President for Corporate Affairs at Enea Group. Dalida graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with a degree in finance and banking. She holds an Executive MBA from Stockholm University Business School and the University of Economics in Kraków. She also holds a diploma from the Ernst & Young Academy of Business, IFRS, and the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
