With 20 years of experience in financial markets, he began his career as an economist at ING Bank Śląski. In 2007, he moved to London, where he served as the chief emerging markets strategist at BNP Paribas and a portfolio manager at the global macro hedge fund Finisterre Capital. After returning to Poland, he was the chief investment officer for private banking at mBank (2016–2022). Since 2021, he has been with mTFI—initially as Vice President of the Management Board and, starting from January 2025, as the President of the company. He is also the Vice President of CFA Society Poland and an expert in the equal treatment team at the Ministry of State Assets. A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, he holds the CFA designation and a Certificate in Sustainable Investing.
