An attorney-at-law, a graduate of the National School of Public Administration, and a long-time employee of the Ministry of Finance. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Financial Market Development Department, responsible for financial market legislation, particularly concerning the financial safety net, the payment services market, and crisis management in the financial market. He supervises the areas of financial stability, payment systems, and benchmarks. He is a representative of the Ministry of Finance in numerous bodies, including as a member of the Polish Presidency Corps involved in legislative work at the European Union level on PSD3/PSR, CMDI, and Digital Euro regulations. He gained professional experience at, among others, the European Commission (The Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs) and at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union.
