As a founder of two companies, Marcin successfully led both to exit-one sold to a Norwegian strategic investor and the other via a private equity-backed management buyout (MBO). Marcin was the solo general partner at Black Pearls VC, where he achieved a standout “dragon” exit with an 18.6x return from a NASDAQ-listed buyer. His entrepreneurial background gives him a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by early-stage companies.  Alumnus of Kauffman Fellows Class #22, a Silicon Valley-based leadership development programme for venture capitalists spanning over 600 leading VCs worldwide. Vice president of the management board of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK) and a member of the Defence Task Force at Invest Europe.
