An experienced executive with a long-standing background in financial institutions and the entities that provide them with operational support. From 2017 to 2024, he held senior management roles in fintech and IT companies. He advised emerging and growing firms on developing operational and business models and acted as a consultant for international investors considering entry into the Polish market with financial services. Previously, he served for 12 years in managerial and operational positions, including as Vice President of the Management Board at PKO Finat. He was one of the main creators of the transfer agent IT system, which constitutes the operational backbone of PKO Finat, supporting the largest investment fund companies (TFIs) in Poland. The system received the award for the best transaction platform in Poland in 2009 from the “Gazeta Bankowa”. Earlier in his career, he was associated with Citigroup and UBS, where he supervised operational processes and cash flows for entities acting as transfer agents for the largest TFIs in the Polish market, as well as for mutual funds in Luxembourg. As a manager, he consistently seeks optimal and effective solutions that go beyond the status quo. He is a graduate of Banking and Corporate Financial Management from the University of Trade and Law, has completed the ICAN Strategic Leadership Academy™, and holds an MBA.
