A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice with a degree in Finance and Accounting. She completed postgraduate studies in mergers and acquisitions at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and earned an Advanced Certificate of Higher Education in Enterprise from the University of Glamorgan. She is also an alumna of the ESG Leaders Academy program of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation. Aleksandra has been active in the capital market since 2010 when she started her career in an investment boutique. As a Project Manager and Certified ASO Advisor, she collaborated with authorized advisors and GPW, KDPW, and KNF in private placement processes on the NewConnect and Catalyst markets. From 2014 to 2016, she was a financial analyst at TDJ S.A. and an investor relations analyst at the FAMUR Group. Since 2019, she has been with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., where she currently holds the role of Senior ESG Specialist. Previously, as an ESG communications coordinator in the IR Department, she led a team responsible for risk analysis, climate scenarios, reporting, and ESG ratings analysis as part of KGHM’s climate policy initiatives. She represented issuers in the SEG-ZBP-PIU-FSR Working Group, working on solutions to ensure financial institutions’ compliance with SFDR regulations. She is committed to human rights and climate change education, is a member of Amnesty International Poland, and collaborates with the social movement Parents for Climate.
